Are you shure about your connection speed 11M/bits/s=137500/bytes/ps=1342kbs which means you have T3 and should be able to DL at 1300+ if you could ever get the conections. I have cable pretty fast speeds up to 4m/bits and get DL speeds of 500+kbs on LW
