I hope you are right about not being scammed but seriously, as scammers are notorious liars, I doubt it.

What is this wonderful piece of mysterious software that has no conceivable limits and no name? How could anything so great remain in obscurity? Where’s the beef?
All this, Mr Powerstufff, sound far too good to be true, in fact it sounds like another "scammers" line.
I guess that at 3am you must have been very tired and all this smooth scammers’ line must have sounded very comforting. I think that all you will really get, if anything, is another link to another "free" P2P software, e.g. Bearshare Lite or something similar.
I am a self confessed cynic but I hope your negotiations work out for you.
