I'm fairly certain the playlist doesn't appear until next time you open LW & iTunes.

The odd thing is I noticed I have a LW playlist in iTunes despite having disabled this option. And it included titles added today. So I can only guess it's because this playlist already exists & iTunes is set for Share my music. That's got me a little confused. lol I can always delete the playlist I guess.
