Yep, go to the menu & select what is probably 2nd option from the left. This should be the View menu (might even have a V after it.) Then choose last option which is change language & you'll see english at the top of the list of languages. You may need to close & re-open LW after doing this for it to take effect I'm not sure.

The other option would be deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire Then make sure you choose english when you re-open it.
