I have got the latest version of LW but have also got this complete folder that was not there before.Everytime I start Internet Explorer, LW starts automatically even after unchecking the auto start box. This complete folder is no where to be found on my PC but has 700 plus files in it. After deleting it the folder reappears when LW is opened up again.
