I also have one of those 'get all the way to 99% then drop back to 77%' type of downloads. Its a big file and its been doing this for days (There is another thread in this section about this). today however, under Download Status on the Transfers page, it says: SAFE DOWNLOAD MODE . Active 1, Busy 3, buffer 16

It's been like that for hours. Doesn't appear to be downloading anything despite the 'Active 1'. I'm very curious as to what 'SAFE DOWNLOAD MODE' is
