I have the same problem. Absolutely no problem downoading but only one in 100 uploads complete. I usually get a "transfer interupted" notice at 0% to 1 % completed.

I have read all the postings and have made the suggested changes but nothing helps. My IP starts with 24 so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I am running Limewire 4.9.7 on a Pentium 4 with Windows 98 (like that version) Plenty of RAM and a speed of 2.8. I try and remain online for at least four hours or more to allow access.

I have noticed that the older versions 3.x or 4.0.x are the only ones that have uploaded from me.

Any suggestions?
