I signed up last week at a cost of what I thought was $14.95...It turns out that my card was billed for over $40.00? I can see what the charges are, but it was not that forward when I signed up. I respectfully request a refund.
A few other points,
I signed up because a website review placed you guys at the top of movie/ music downloads. I have yet to be able to download a whole movie. Download times are ridiculous. I also find that the selection is not nearly as good as the review said it was....Who wrote this review. Same goes for music. I'd say about half of what I am looking for (and I'm not looking for obscure stuff) can not be found. When I find it alot of it won't download or when it does there is no playback?
The most frustrating part of all of this is that It is virtually impossible to contact anyone (unless I subscribe to Limewire Pro?).... Please contact me so we can discuss. My phone # is *** and my e-mail is ***. If someone else out there has Limewire Pro could you please forward this on to Limewire on my behalf. I would be very grateful.
