LW Pro costs $18.88 not any other amount. And if you got the real pro you'd be aware of how to contact the official pro support. They do not offer support for people who bought their LW via a scam site. Go to LW's menu Help>About LW ... & does it say LW pro? Probably not. You probably paid for the Basic version which is free. Or you got a variation of LW which is a copy of LW with variations.
