Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire & see if it happens again. If it does, then uninstall Java then install Java 1.4.2 & see how it goes. If still probs then install Java 1.5. But install from the comp, not over the net.
