Very seriously doubt he got it from the official site I have never read anything about having 18 days for anything. If you find it in the official site let us know I just finished reading it and couldn't find anything about a time limited refund policy for PRO. The only thing I can find is the no refund policy and the reasons for it. Your friend was probably scammed.
