Hey everyone I used to have limewire on my other comp and the computer got fried in the storm. Now we bought a new one with Norton and webroot spysweeper. I connect to limeiwre but my bars are at 1. I used to be turbocharged everytime. I do not have a router just goes to the dsm modem. Any help would be great. Oh when windows asked me to allow limewire to go through I clicked yes.
