Well with 4.9.19 it seems the changelog is quick to follow, nice.
I have one remark, as an UP before LW was actively searching for more peers connections until it reached 24 connections. It now seems to be 23. What is weird is that LW seems on my machine to almost never get more than 23 peer connections and also there are very few leaves (when any) connecting. I guess I'm gonna change from the French to the English local to see if it is a real new problem, ie not related to the local subnet.
