Hmmm I'm having the same problem as et voilą, I can't get past 24 peers and no leaves are connecting. My uptime for LW Pro 4.9.19 is 45 minutes.
Edit: Update -- after 1 hour I switched to leaf let it stabilize, then switched to UP after 10 minutes I am connected to 30 P and 1 L. I haven't received any error messages and all other functions seem to be working normally.
