Oh I think I may have just woken up to what your problem might be. Yes deleting the LW preferences will fix it, at least temporarily. But something you should be aware of is this: Revert Popups to Default For mac osx that means going to LW Prefs>View>Popups & reverting to default. Be careful if you press No to the downlding of licenced files, if you tick the option to always use that answer then everytime you try to downld a file which may have a licencing query about it, it won't downld. So keep that in mind for future! Hope that solves your problem!
