how about a "move to top" button which also works when you select a number of files

say i have 10 downloads and i want to download them by smallest size first, i'd select them all then move to top of the list.

and say i have 30 downloads, to take a file which is in priority #29 to say #3, how about being able to do that easier like typing in #3, or being able to physically movie the priority.
