So... when I download a game (example****), I extract the file then open the new folder. Theres a program with the windows install icon called Setup and the other 2 lines say inno setup on both. When I click the file nothing happens, and when I do "Run As.." a window comes up asking for the administrator to log in... but still nothing happens. I'm stumped.

BTW this all started when I tried to install CS source, which my friend later told me has godlike protection codes on it... so is it possible that has anything to do with it?
