unable to contact!! I have the same problem...no one to contact. The system is not recognizing my email address and because that is the case I am not able to talk to anyone either. I paid for Limewire for life (which was the highest priced option). My next step, if I don't hear from them, is to contact my credit card company and notify them. They can give me a phone number or I can file a report against them for charging me for a product and not offering that product. |
