ISP's advertise their speed in bps whereas LW shows speeds as KB/s
ie:
bps = bits per second
B/s = Bytes per second
8 bits = 1 byte
So divide your isp speed by 8 & subtract between 13-20% overhead loss depending on how far you are from the provider or exchange.
So 1.1 Mbps divided by 8 is 137.5 KB/s minus overhead gives you about what you are getting.
