I couldn't even find an email address. They advertise a phone no. but it's only available in US office hours, or thereabouts. Here in Australia I work shift work so waited till 3 a.m. our time and got through quite quickly. I didn't ask for the full amount to be refunded, only that part for extra bundled software I clearly hadn't ordered. On that basis they seemed willing to return part of my money. I'm willing to accept that and write off the balance as a learning cost.

did you phone that number and did your credit card company help you sort it out? o and was that number free or not?
