use IRC. i'd say 99.9% of the files you receive on many of these windows p2p clients can be found on IRC. however, IRC keeps things for so long, and that's where p2p has it's advantage.. you can find older music, however I have found caches of good older stuff online.

on IRC you get away with everything.. why are RIAA/MPAA people arresting windows p2p'rs? seriously consider this.
leechers on IRC have never been busted, not even for leeching all day by their ISP.
