@ Nia, try installing the offline windows java installation from here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
if that doesnt help, try doing what i recommened to TheKGMaster.

be SURE you choose the Windows (Offline Installation). its second from the top. this is so you can install it again if needed and dont have to download it again and waste bandwidth.
