FastTrack is proprietary. Some freaks on Sourceforge tried to revers engeneer it: http://gift.sourceforge.net/

PS: Please feel free to give back all information you found or a summary with technical features on FastTrack! While I spend a lot of time for gnutella, I do not have that much time to investigate deeper details of all other P2P systems (shame on me).
