The same happened to me, but not just in Limewire. I could get up to 30KB/s on my downloads in Limewire and Shareaza and now suddenly the highest speed i can reach in either is about 5KB/s.

Normal FTP/HTTP downloads and browsing websites are fine, its just the P2P thats slowed down..

I also have an ADSL connection
