Apparently the PDF doesn't always downld properly. I had that problem. Instead, downld the zip version of the manual.

License refers to files that might be copyright. (Ultracross, pedlar spelt it the same way I do lol ) So if you decide to downld it, you take the legal risks upon yourself. No it is not legal to downld copyright material if the artists, etc. are not being paid for it. And the files are not downlded from this site or any site, they are downlded from other people like you who are sharing the files.
