I had the same problem when I used Explorer & Netscape. But was advised by experienced mac osx users on the forum that Safari solves it. I haven't looked back. Though I have accidentally used the wrong browser from time to time. duh

Yes mafdet22 asnwered in another thread about the same problem. I renamed that thread Help!!! dmg thinks its an Excell or QuickTime document
