Salut, I'm gonna move that to the open discussion LW forum, since this is more appropriate than the Lounge.

BTW 4.9.28 is out. The changes since 4.9.24 are only about updates notifications and network upgrades + many improvements against spam. No dl improvement, so maybe the network is better only because more people are using the 4.9 series.
