Ok.. I'm trying to help my g/f out with this... Problem is I'm 500 miles away right now...
She told me she has downloaded and uninstalled 4-5 times.. and when she tries to open it.. via either the Desktop Icon.. or going through Start/all programs.. "or" going through program files.. Nothing happens.. no firewall message.. no partial loading.. no white screens.. beeps .. lagging.. hour glass... nothing...
Wondering if anyone else has ever ran across this issue ? or know of it ? Hard for me to help this far away.. Its bothering the crap outta me.. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated ! Thank You in advance ! .
