Did you wait 'til the AVI file downloads completely? Cause if it doesn't, it won't play, you won't be able to preview it. You gotta wait until the AVI file is 100% downloaded, then it will play. At least that's what's happening to me. And if it still doesn't play, than you're probably using the wrong player. I use Windows Media Player 10. And it works. Sorry if it didn't help.
