so you've been ripped off! READ THIS!!! I was able to get a full refund from the "rip off" site...here's a copy of my chat...maybe this will help someone...please note my conversation was very "matter of fact"...and I wasn't about to settle for anything less than a full refund...
It's important to remain "on course", and as frustrating as it is, you have to keep in mind that the person you're speaking to is simply doing a job that he/her hates anyway...so I'd strongy advise to not get angry or abusive with that person
