I think I have a similar problem; the email link I received (that lists Full and Lifetime Unlimited Access and Pro version upgrade) takes me to a website called mp3networks. I tried the Pro support section for Limeware but also got the "email address not recognized". Is this how it's supposed to go or am I looking aa a completely different site?
