Remember that Shareaza users utilise more than one network not only Gnutella. That affects both their uplds & downlds on gnutella. On one of the networks they use they can only downld as fast as they can upld. So ... that's why multinetworking doesn't work too well. If you find shareaza are difficult to kill from uplding, morpheus are another which fall into that category. Some of these other clients will push LW users out of the queue & work their way back to the top of the upld list after you've killed them. So if you ever hear et voilà kicking up about how they don't deserve to be on the gnutella network then that's why. They don't follow all the same gnutella community protocols. Shareaza's implementation of gnutella is very, very old & they haven't made any effort since to improve & update upon it. For their developers, Gnutella has a very low priority.
