what I do is transfer my songs into another folder and test them in Windows Media Player to make sure they are not corrupt. Maybe you should see if you could do this with a few songs, I dont know that player so I wouldnt know how the songs would load. if you got windows media player, I suggest try a test in it to see if they will work. Double check your audio/sound card & make sure your drivers are up to date.
