I have a similar experience with
mp3downloading.com who I have taken up with my credit card company. I have been asked for:
Transaction Date; Name of Company; Transaction Amount and Disputed Amount; How I have tried to resolve the dispute. The credit card company have said that the amount disputed will not be paid until the matter is resolved. Meanwhile you would be advised to allow payment of the amount to the CC company so as not to incur penalties. I will post on this forum what happens. Keep watching, I do not give up easily.
