I've never downloaded any movies but I have downloaded and watched videos. All I did was go into my folder where my shared videos are and right-click on the one I wanted and selected the media player I wanted to view it in. I think that's all you would do with a movie as well. Keep in mind that none of this was done through LimeWire.
