You must have the e-mail address you used to purchase pro and it must have been within the last 6 months. A lot of sites are selling scam subscriptions to LW which is why we ask how much did you pay for limewire? added to which I was not aware of an arabic version. There is Vietnamese and a couple which are Chinese or Japanese .

http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml, from where the official free basic Limewire can be obtained also.
It is not unknown for limewire to change languages for no reason ... I'm not sure what the cure was.
