Did you get it from:
www.limewire.com? if not and you paid for a fake Pro from some other website then you got scammed.
I even updated the basic version thats out now and have had no problems. In fact, since I installed the latest version, I'm at my top speed.
I suggest you email the company you bought the software from to get your money back.
