HELP ME OUT!!! PLZ!!

Whenever I run LimeWire 4.9.30 I got stucked in the splash screen!!
It just don't open... The LimeWire process at the "runing process" menu of Windows XP shows limewire.exe process stoped, using 16.108KB. And it just stay that way for 1 hour and 20 minutes by now...

Wath's happening? It always worked here?
It was after I've installed Borland JBuilder X Enterprise... But the JDK and JRE are just perfect here. Cause I made some projects to the college and they all compiled and worked...

So...

Please, Help me out here... I need it working.
