Something about your post seems wrong because it reads like you went to a scam site and got conned and, because you are not getting any response from them, you have found your way here.

If I am right then it is time for a little education:

Every person that ever went to a scam site, and got ripped off (and there have been plenty probably numbering into the hundreds of thousands), thought they were buying LW Pro from the official site. Instead all they got for their money, from the scammers, was a URL link to LW Basic which is free (and freely available) from here:

DJ, you have probably (more than likely) been ripped off by a scam site, specially set up to con people, because you thought you were dealing with a legitimate company, since the advert seemed so convincing. The scammers count on the fact that now you have LW Basic you will blame LW for your misfortune when in fact they, the scammers, have your money.

To confirm this, check your credit card statement to see where your money went and if you paid more that $18.88 then LW did not get your money the scammers did. That's why you can no longer contact them because all they want is your money.

You will need to contact your credit card company and tell them you have been the victim of fraud and, as most CCs have anti-fraud protection, you should get your money back.
