It sounds like you've corrupted your downld preferences which are stored within your incomplete folder. Hmm had you moved them whilst LW was closed & moved them back whilst LW was closed then no difference. But doing whilst LW is open means the previous prefs have been forgotten about & adjustments made to the situation of each file also gone with it. And new ones made in the mean time. Moving these in & out whilst LW is still open will cause inaccuracies in recording the information & thus ....

You may have to start some of the files from 0% again despite their size may be larger. (The prefs have no record on that info.)
