Default LimeWire for OS X is improperly packaged.

The LimeWire 1.8 archives for OS X on your website and others is causing problems for many people.

You're sending out a ZIP file with a SIT extension. Stuffit Expander and MagicMenu don't complain about it, but Stuffit Deluxe refuses to open it, saying that it's an unsupported format.

If MagicMenu is set to use UNIX utilities for tar, bz2, gz, and zip files, that will cause problems too. The "install" application in the archive gets messed up, so when you try to launch it, it fails after just a second or two.

LimeWire for Mac OS X needs to be distributed in a SIT archive with a SIT extension. The ZIP archive (even with a ZIP extension) has too many potential problems.
