Right-click the top of the column bar (be that downld or results window) & choose to show vendor/version. Does it say a LW user or a RAZA user. If RAZA then there's your problem. Shareaza spend most of their upld/downld bandwidth on another network & so Gnutella users are very often left with only a very small bit of any upld bandwidth (b/w 0.1-3 KB/s.) (RAZA's other network requires you can only downld as fast as you upld!)

If the user is LW then shame on them really unless they're just particularly popular to upld from & thus consistently have no free slots for uplding.

Sometimes this happens when there's limited no. of people sharing the same file. And if it comes from a RAZA user then it sometimes can be a painful long process to get the file. Patience is a virtue here.
