You Were scammed, Limewire basic is free! There's no extras with it. LW Pro Cost $18.88US and comes with 6 month free updates. Thats it no frills. At the end of 6 months you have the option to sign up for an additional 6 months of updates at a lower rate, but you can keep using limewire for as long as you want.
Contact your bank/CC company and dispute the charges.They should have a dept that handles this type of thing. Get the official LW Here:
