If I approach a couple of females at work the way that I greet the is hey guys how are you doing today. Or if I am directing my crew as to what I want them to do I will say Sphinx, CyberStalker, Lord of the Rings I want you guys to do this today.
To me calling a gal a guy in these type of situations has nothing to do with being male or female. It is just a way of including all of my friends and coworkers in a unified group.
Thus when I am making comments or writing in the forum when referring to a group of people or person the phrase will be you guy's, hey guy, etc.
It may be politically incorrect but I really don't care. |
I agree with you, Grandpa.
It's easier to say 'Hey guys' when talking to people.
Then again, there are some people who don't seem to be familiar with slang terms.
