Allot of people say to block T3 I do not agree with that at all. I use allot of T3 to download from if there shows to be a T3 connection for a file I am looking for I will choose that one.
I am a experienced user I use common sense to determine what I DL if I see a file of a certain size in various different key word searches common sense tells me to avoid it. If I am not sure about a file I do a Bitz search if there are no results I will usually avoid it. If I really want it I will DL it take it to my beater computer open it scan it determine if it is good or bad then do a Bitz report on it.
Any way if you want to block T3 go head it just leaves the highest bandwidth sources for me I always get great DL speeds when I get T3 connections 100+KB/s. I rarely find bad files by using a little common sense. I haven't had one in the last 300 DL completed. So thanks to everyone who is blocking T3
