I do not see where I have or any body else has answered any of your post I do not know what service you paid for there is no LimeWire service. LimeWire basic is free and LimeWire Pro is $18.88 for Pro and 6 months of upgrades. So I have no idea of what you are talking about.
I have a feeling you got LimeWire from a scam site and have been scammed. And if you did it is possible you have a corrupt version of LimeWire. I would suggest you calm down and do a little investigating.
