Could that be bit rate AND sampling rate please. I don't wish to waste my time downloading something that has a bitrate (resolution) of 196KBPS if it is only sampled (speed of digital snapshots) at 11Khz. Although MOST everything out there as far as MP3s go are sampled at 44Khz it is still a rather valid and important piece of information relating to the quality of an MP3.
