Fixes on PRO support page. The missing option for LimeWire 4.9.30 on the "Other Issues" form has been taken care of, won't happen again on any other form.
About the "Get Support" button, can you tell me the URL of where this is happening, maybe there's a weird redirect on it that Safari can't request properly and our webserver missunderstands returning a 404 page which is our download page.
As for the 'Time Using' blank field, I'll get back to you soon on that, it will either be there, or removed completely.
