I downloaded the USERENV.DLL file, but now the error message says Error Starting Program - The USERENV.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:RtlDosPathNameToNtPathName_U. I downloaded the NTDLL.DLL file, but it still isnt working. Do you know anything that could help me?
