Help, i have signed up twice to this support@mp3downloadinghq and then to support@mp3dollar.com

Both for a supposed lifetime full & unlimmited Access one at £22.29 and one for £26.85
When I go and try to get down;oads I am going round in circles and always back to the pay now page.
What do you advise me to do? I am totally ignorant of downloading music and feel I have been ripped of by this company's.
Help help help.
